Check back next week for more great horoscopes by Georgia Nicols!

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20)

This week Mars enters your sign for the first time in several years and it will stay there for about six weeks boosting your energy making you confident (even cocky) and giving you a chance to show the world what you can do. (Lose the card tricks.) You will be more vigourous in your approach to others, which is also why you will make a great impression on everyone. However, do not ride roughshod over someone, which is unlikely because you are a sensitive person. You will be more of a fighter for your own rights, and indeed, you will even fight for the rights of others! Your physical energy will be high and you will be able to do mucho work in the next six to eight weeks. Look out world!

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

Is it time to swagger? Or maybe do a modest Elvis "Thank yaver much." Let's fact is - you look fabulous in the eyes of others! Bosses, parents and VIPs are impressed. (And you don't even have to do anything special - it's just happening.) Travel for pleasure still appeals. You are popular with clubs, groups and friends, especially friends from the past. Now Mars is moving into your Money House, which arouses your desire to boost your earnings and make as much money as possible. Actually, to put a finer point on it, Mars will increase your cash flow, which means you will also be spending more as well. Ah yes, you are a Master of the Universe!

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

As Mars changes signs this week, it enters the part of your chart concerning daily communications and everyday habits. This means the tempo of your everyday life will accelerate! Your energy will be high! However, there is a danger of conflict with relatives, neighbours and siblings because you will be coming on strong! (Be nice to the little people.) The reason you might be argumentative is you identify with your beliefs and even your possessions. "That's mine!" It's a strong hit of "me, me, me!". Nevertheless, the next six to eight weeks are an excellent for those of you who market, sell, teach, act or write for a living because you have tons of energy to back up your words!

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

It's wonderful that Mars is changing signs this week because this will make you friendly and easy-going -- more like your lighthearted self. "She's back!" However, Mars will create chaos and increased activity on the home front according to the details of your life. Some of you are renovating or redecorating. Others might have visiting guests. Yet again, some of you might be making a residential move. Whatever the cause, the next six to eight weeks will be super active at home next. Admittedly, there might also be conflict at home. Remember: Patience is the antidote to anger

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
This continues to be a powerful time for you with the Sun in your sign. Don't hesitate to put yourself first because this is totally appropriate. Get ready to party and enjoy sports events, love affairs, romance, vacations and playful activities with children because in the next 6 to 8 weeks, this is where your energy will flow! Not only will your interest in these areas grow, you will follow it up with action and efforts to make your dream a reality. This is why you can count on a fun two months ahead! Get some party clothes or sports gear so that you're prepared for whatever unfolds. You're gonna have fun!

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
You've decided it's time to pull out all stops and start busting your buns at work. In the next six weeks, you will work hard as well as delegate to others because you have a lot you want to accomplish. Fortunately, with fair Venus in your sign, you will be diplomatic and charming as you order others around. And they will want to do things for you! (Go figure.) Stay on top of car problems and such. Allow extra time for short trips, errands and appointments because Mercury retrograde will create delays. But hey, it's small stuff. Nothing will stop you from schmoozing and having fun. "Give me some castanets and I'm all afire!

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

You continue to be busy with short trips, errands, conversations, appointments plus reading, writing and studying. Relatives you haven't seen for ages are on the scene and perhaps sleeping on your sofa and eating out of your fridge. I say this "might" be the case because in the month ahead, you will be less patient with partners and close friends while Mars is opposite your sign. Mars will make you assertive. You won't be a doormat. This influence is only for six weeks, so it will be a good thing! You will stand up for yourself and not tolerate behaviour you don't like. You will continue to attract money to you, while at the same time, buy beautiful treasures for yourself and loved ones. Yeah!

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)

Great news! Mars is no longer opposite your sign! Mamma Mia! It's been a gruelling year because all this time while Mars has been opposite your sign, you have been annoyed with partners and close friends. You are not to blame. They are. Just kidding. The thing to know is that from here on, you will be more patient, life will be easier, people will be funnier, more lighthearted and cooperative! This means partnerships and close friendships will hum along nicely! Look for ways to make money from your words because you can. Dress well because old flames are going to pop up out of the woodwork to discover you in elegant clothes or sweatpants. Your call.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Generally, you need a reason to travel like business or a family occasion. However, in the next six weeks, you want to get outta Dodge! You're hungry for a change of scenery, some stimulation and a little adventure! You will also take advantage of opportunities in publishing, the media, medicine, the law and higher education. Meanwhile, redecorating projects at home, plus entertaining at home will appeal. And let us not forget - this is your month to howl! Love affairs, romance, parties, the arts, the theatre, musical performances and playful activities with children are top choices for you. Maybe you can combine all this and go out of town as well? Yippee!

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

As Mars changes signs this week, it ushers in a six to eight week window when your ambition will be aroused! You are really motivated now to go after what you want and you will brook no interference from anyone! This coincides beautifully with the placement of your Sun in your House of Employment. (Oh my!) You intend to achieve a lot in terms of productivity and kudos from bosses and superiors as well as fellow workers. Welcome this opportunity to accomplish so much! In the meantime, fair Venus in your Fifth House of play, fun, romance and vacations will reward you for your hard work. Yeah! Bring it on!

Taurus (April 20-May 20)

For most of this year, Mars has been at the top of your chart arousing your ambition. In one way, this is an excellent influence. You're pumped and motivated! However, you do want some balance in your life because after all, you love your creature comforts. You're a financial wizard with superb tastebuds! In the next six weeks, your focus will swing more to being active with friends and groups, perhaps even in a competitive way? But it will definitely be more fun! Relations with coworkers are smooth. Remember to get more rest because you need it. Expect some frank, serious discussions about how you relate to partners and someone close to you.

Aries (March 21-April 19)

The big news this week is your ruler Mars moves into a hidden part of your chart. This can trigger little, self-defeating acts that interfere with the impression you want to create. ("Oops, did I just say that?") This is why you might want to work alone or help others in a field of service in the next month. Meanwhile, you have intense feelings about many things because of the placement of the Sun in your Eighth House. Fortunately, fair Venus opposite your sign paves the way for smooth relations with others, while Jupiter attracts fabulous opportunities for the coming year to travel or explore avenues in education, publishing, the media, medicine and the law.

ll Signs: Imagine Etta James singing, "At laaaaast!" That's how I feel as Mars finally changes signs this week. Why so glad? Well, here's the skinny: Every two years, Mars is in your sign for six weeks. Depending on the sign it is in, it might be favourable or hellish. This year 2018 was a different story. This year, Mars hovered in Aquarius (and briefly Capricorn) for most of the year! Aagghh! This was a HUGE imbalance of energy for many people. (Including me.) It helped some, but it created unwanted aggression for many. It was literally - "too much!" Finally, this week, Mars moves into Pisces. After that, it will move through all signs every six weeks as usual for the next 20 months. Thankfully, balance will be restored (but there will be a small charge for alterations).
